No — decluttering clothes, shoes, and accessories is a core part of the service. Bea works through every item with you, with no pressure or judgment. Unwanted items are removed and donated on your behalf to partners including Dress for Success, Salvos Stores, and Dandelion Network.

Yes. Bea sources custom wardrobe storage solutions — matching hangers, drawer dividers, shoe organisers, bag storage, and styling pieces — tailored to your space and aesthetic. On the Signature Organise Package, products are supplied at cost + 25%. On the Transform & Organise Package, products are at cost with no markup.
