All organisational products and furniture are curated and sourced nationally on your behalf. Product costs are additional and will be clearly outlined in your proposal before any purchase is made.
Travel may incur an additional fee depending on your location within or outside Inner West Sydney. Please contact us for a personalised quote.
Cancellation, payment
& rescheduling
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your consultation or installation.
Changes made within 48 hours may incur a $110 late cancellation fee, covering reserved time and preparation invested ahead of your session.
Once your product schedule has been confirmed and payment received, all items are sourced specifically for your project and are therefore non-refundable.
