No — decluttering is a core part of the service. Bea works through every item with you, with no pressure or judgment. Unwanted items are removed and donated on your behalf to partners including Salvos Stores, Dandelion Network, and Dress for Success.

Yes. Bea sources custom storage solutions tailored to your space, lifestyle, and aesthetic — maximising every cupboard, drawer, and shelf. On the Signature Organise Package, products are supplied at cost + 25%. On the Transform & Organise Package, products are supplied at cost with no markup.

That's the goal — and it's the difference between a tidy-up and a designed organisation system. Every space is zoned around how your family lives, so decluttered items have a logical, clutter-free home that's easy to maintain. Seasonal Maintenance & Tidy visits ($270) keep systems on track.
