During your consultation, Bea walks through each space with you to understand your routines, pain points, and goals. She assesses layout, storage, clutter, and workflow, takes measurements, and shares initial ideas for tailored storage solutions and organisation systems on the spot.

How long does an in-home design consultation take?

Most in-home design consultations take 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the size of your home and how many spaces you want assessed. You'll have time to ask questions, discuss priorities, and explore options before receiving a full written design plan afterwards.

What do I receive after the consultation?

After your consultation, you'll receive a customised design plan and product proposal tailored specifically to your home and lifestyle. It covers recommended layouts, storage solutions, and a hand-picked product list, giving you a clear roadmap whether you book a full transformation or tackle things in stages.

Is the $110 consultation fee credited towards a full package?

The consultation fee is a standalone payment for the assessment and design plan you receive. When you book the Signature Organise Package ($110 + $90/hr), the consultation is already included in that price, so there's no double-charging if you progress to a full transformation.

Do I have to commit to a full organisation package afterwards?

Not at all. Many clients use the consultation as a one-off to understand what's possible and receive a written plan they can implement themselves. Others progress to the Signature Organise or Transform & Organise Package. There's no pressure either way — the consultation stands on its own.

No preparation needed. Bea recommends leaving your home as it is — seeing the space as you actually live in it reveals the real pain points and opportunities. You don't need to tidy up, declutter, or hide anything before she arrives.
