Do I need to sort the toys and clothes before you arrive?
No — decluttering toys, clothes, and outgrown items is a core part of the service. Bea works through every item with you (and often the children), with no pressure or judgment. Unwanted items are removed and donated on your behalf to partners including Dandelion Network and Salvos Stores.
