01 — Your journey begins with a private in-home consultation

Investment: from $88 (1-Hour)

Payment Due: At time of booking

During this session, we will:

  • Walk through your space together

  • Discuss your routines and storage needs

  • Identify areas of friction

  • Take measurements

  • Discuss tailored Storage Solutions and Design Themes

These steps ensure your new systems are realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your lifestyle.

02 — Installation Booking

  • Following your consultation, you may proceed with a Custom Organisation Design Plan & Product List, which addresses the recommended layout, storage solutions, and products required to optimise your space. These items are then sourced by Bright Spaces and installed during your organising session.

  • Alternatively, you may book a Hands-On Organising Service only, where we work together to declutter and improve the functionality of your space using your existing storage solutions, maximising what you already have without the need for additional products.

Custom Organisation Design Plan & Product List

$120 – $180 per space (required to secure your organising appointment)

Hands-On Organising Sessions 

$88 per hour minimum 3-Hours (required to secure your organising appointment)

This confirms your commitment and allows Bright Spaces with Bea to begin detailed planning and product curation.

03 — Custom Organisation Design Plan & Product List

$120 – $180 per space

A personalised organisation design created specifically for your space. This plan outlines the recommended layout, storage solutions, and product selections required to create a functional and easy-to-maintain system.

Your design plan includes:

• Organisation design and layout planning
• Recommended storage products
• Product quantities required
• Suggested placement within the space
• Estimated product costs

Please note: Payment in full for the products is required prior to purchasing.

This ensures product availability and allows us to prepare everything in advance of installation day.

Please note: Clients are only charged for products used in the final installation.

Optional: Removal of Rubbish or Unwanted Goods:

Any items being disposed of during the transformation can be removed for an additional fee.

  • Bright Spaces with Bea can provide an estimate for removal services prior to installation.

04 — Hands-On Organising Sessions 

$88 per hour 

Minimum booking: 3 hours 

During your session we will: 

• Declutter and sort items 
• Categorise belongings 
• Install storage systems 
• Label and organise spaces 
• Create easy-to-maintain systems

Optional: Removal of Rubbish or Unwanted Goods:

Any items being disposed of during the transformation can be removed for an additional fee.

  • Bright Spaces with Bea can provide an estimate for removal services prior to installation.

05 — Installation & Styling Day

Investment: $88 per hour

Payment Due: On completion of installation

On your scheduled day, Bright Spaces with Bea will:

  • Organise & Clear

  • Deliver and implement all products

  • Categorise, decant, and refine

  • Remove packaging and rubbish (including unwanted goods if requested, additional fee applies)

  • Ensure the space feels calm, cohesive, and complete

Our hourly rate reflects the hands-on transformation process and the attention to detail required to create lasting systems.
