Terms and Conditions for Bright Spaces, home organisation and design Services

Welcome to Bright Spaces home organisation and design. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not engage our services.

2. Services Offered

Bright Spaces provides home organisation and design services. This includes, but is not limited to, decluttering, space planning, interior design, and consulting.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information about their needs and preferences. Clients must provide a safe working environment and access to all areas pertinent to the project.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

- All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid charges.

- Rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Payment Terms

- A $150 deposit is required in advance to secure your In-Home consultation appointment.

- A $240 deposit (minimum 3 hours) is required in advance to secure your professional Home Organisation and Design service appointment.

- The remaining balance for any additional hours worked and for products used is due 48 hours upon project completion.

- Payments can be made via bank transfer

6. Project Proposals and Approvals

Clients will receive a Customised Storage Solutions Plan outlining the scope of work, and associated costs. Work will begin only after the proposal is signed and returned.

7. Liability

Bright Spaces is not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur during the execution of services unless the fault lies with Bright Spaces. Clients are encouraged to secure their personal belongings and valuables prior to the visit. Access also needs to be cleared prior to the visit and any valuables re-located for the duration of the work.

8. Confidentiality

a)All client information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

b)Photographs & Videos obtained by Bright Spaces may be used across third party platforms only for the purpose of showcasing the scope of work carried out by Bright Spaces.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss your concerns.

10. Amendments

Bright Spaces reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of NSW Australia
